Complete Ford Ranger LS swap engine mount kit. This engine swap mount kit is universal. It specifically designed for the 82-97 Ford Ranger frame BUT can be used on later year models with slight modifications.
Due to the fact this kit is NOT welded, this allows movement at the frame or on the engine block plate to make any adjustments for other applications.
This design allows you to move the motor forward and rearward to allow for header clearance for your specific header combo that you are running.
Here is how the welding/fabrication portion goes:
The kit contains a weld on mount that you place on the frame and place the tab bushing on to the plate. Position your motor and weld tabs to the plate. ****SPECIAL NOTES *****
*****The long side Bushing Riser that comes in this kit is to go on the driver's side of the engine, The Short Bushing Riser is for the Passenger side for the the correct engine offset. ****** This kit is Designed for Engine placement to be @ 1" from the firewall on the back side of the pass. side cylinder head. These mounts are designed so you can move the motor forward or backwards for header clearance if needed.
Slight Modifications:
You may have to trim the driver's side tabs down shorter depending on motor location and headers used for years outside listed above.
